§5.3 - Appealing and filing a complaint

Within our official service-wide rules, we provide the rules which are required to be followed when filing a complaint on our systems. Not following these rules may contribute to the reason as to why your complaint has been rejected when it was handled by a member of the Game Moderation Management. Please ensure you have read the full list of up-to-date appealing rules here before continuing.

We have written up information on properly appealing bans on the website. You must also review this guide by clicking here to check you followed all guidelines.

If after checking your ban appeal, the rules and the ban appeal guide you are still unsure your ban is correct, please continue below.

Please note that complaining about a ban does not guarantee the status of it will be changed, so please only submit a complaint if you feel like you have a valid case to make. Ensure you are aware of the feedback guide for the Game Moderation Management tickets as well.


1. Rules

Please ensure you have fully read the appealing rules. If you are confident you have not violated the rules, please continue with step 2.


2. Feedback

We use the feedback system to handle complaints and general feedback. If you wish to submit a complaint, please head over to the feedback system.


2a. Category

Complaints and feedback about bans must be directed at the Game Moderation Managers. Please select the category Game Moderation Management category as shown below.

2b. Language

Select the language in which you will be writing your ticket. Please note, this does not guarantee that your ticket will be given a response in this language.

2c. Explanation

Please give a clear and concise reason as to why you are submitting the feedback ticket. You are expected to explain in detail as to why you feel the ban was incorrectly applied. We can see the ban and the ban appeal, so it is not necessary to post its content.

2d. Submit

Once you have finished writing your explanation and have provided the supporting evidence or claims your ban was incorrect, you may submit your ticket by clicking Submit. You must be patient while a member of Game Moderation Management deals with your ticket. Once submitted, the website will show you your ticket and will let you know your feedback ticket was created. created
