HG Logistics is a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) founded on December 26, 2021, dedicated to fostering the growth of the virtual trucking community with passion. Beyond daily virtual transport operations, we are a Vietnamese-based group renowned for organizing large-scale convoys with participation from international drivers.
We prioritize innovation in route planning and logistics while strictly adhering to TruckersMP (TPM) regulations.

All members must use the HG Logistics tag and HG Logistics paint job in official events
Paint job: Sade | HEX code color: FFFFFF / 0AAAAA / 000000 | If you are not participating in an event, you are not required to use the HG Logistics name tag and paint job. However, we strongly encourage you to do so. Note: This rule applies to all members participating in events where HG Logistics is involved, with exceptions granted only to HG Administration Team members or the event staffs.
- Respect and Professional Conduct
Treat fellow VTC members with respect, refraining from inflammatory or divisive remarks. Maintain appropriate, courteous communication in all interactions.
- If you are banned or wish to leave VTC, you must contact a Administration Team member to notify them (otherwise, you will be added to HG's blacklist).
You must inform HG Logistics BQT via Discord or private message if you are banned from TruckersMP within 5 days (120 hours) from the time the ban is issued. Additionally, leaving the Discord server and TruckersMP VTC without prior notice and not rejoining within 24 hours after HR contacts you will result in HG Logistics permanently blacklisting you.
- Advertising/Spam
No spamming or advertising (external ads or links require an Administration Team member approval). Avoid excessive pinging, flooding chats, or unnecessary tagging. Self-promotion, advertising, or external links must be approved by an administrator.
- Sensitive Content
NSFW content or violations of Discord rules (pornography, hacking, etc.) are prohibited. Keep content appropriate for a gaming environment.
- Event Participation Rules
Events here refer to officially organized events with a dedicated TruckersMP event page, different from daily trips. Follow event rules. Departure starts from the leftmost truck to the right, from the top row to the bottom (unless otherwise instructed by Managers).
- **Reporting and Complaints **
If an HG Logistics member violates the rules, you should report it to an HG Logistics Administration Team member instead of handling it yourself. We require this because at HG Logistics, everyone is part of a family, and family matters should not be interfered with by outsiders.
- Maintaining Activity
Encouraged to participate in at least 1 event/month.
