As you may know, we accept a minimum of 25 events each month. This number does not include the private events we organize internally within our team.

However, some teams respond to rejected requests by saying, “But you're free that day.” We'd like to clarify that this isn’t a valid assumption. Many teams only accept 5–10 events per month, while we work hard to participate in as many as possible, maintaining a very full schedule throughout the month.

To avoid misunderstandings, we’ve updated the messages sent by our bots. From now on, if your event is declined, the main reason will be included in the message. If there’s an additional reason, our event team will always provide a clear explanation.

We’ve also created a dedicated channel for event rules, and we’ve moved the list of months we're available to that channel as well. Please make sure to read the rules before submitting your event request.

• Event Ticket Creation:

• Please send one event invitation per ticket. • You can create as many tickets as you need. • All events will be reviewed impartially by our event team. • Responses will be based on our availability, either positive or negative.

• Why an Event Might Be Declined:

• A negative response does not reflect any personal reason. • If your event is declined, it’s because we are planning a different event on that day or our team needs rest.

• Special Events:

• If you have a special event, even if our calendar is full, please create a ticket and specify it is a special event. • Special events are considered for things like anniversaries or support events. • Birthday events and similar occasions will not be considered as special events.

• Important Notes:

• Please follow the rules when creating your tickets. • Keep in mind that we only accept between 20-30 events per month, and our calendar fills quickly.
