Our Statement

Good evening esteemed community members,

Earlier this month, SCS Software published a video tutorial titled "How To: Proper Cup of Tea", which came alongside a blog post and promotion on their social media.

As a VTC based in the United Kingdom, we feel it is important we share our stance on the SCS Software Cup of Tea.

Firstly, we would like to praise SCS Software on their excellent pick of teabags. Yorkshire Tea is a brilliant choice and will almost certainly make this a Proper Cup of Tea!

Right then, let's address the elephant in the room. The milk! That's TOO MUCH! We were appalled to see the disgraceful amount of milk which was added to this tea.
In a statement, our Dull Men's Club representative and General Manager bobmcbobface said, "yep ive seen cat p*** that is darker than that". In another comment, our General Manager FlidVicious said, "WHAT THE F*** IS THAT MILK", shortly followed by, "A CUP OF P***".

In regards to the order in which they made the tea, this is something that at this time we are not willing to comment on. There has for a long time been a debate on the proper order to make tea in, and to keep the company out of controversy we have been advised by our lawyers not to comment at this time.

However, we would like to comment on the ending of the video. We we're shocked to witness a fellow human being placing a cup of tea into the microwave. Whilst we understand that this was for the sake of making a point in the video, we still believe there is NO good excuse for microwaving tea. Not even to film a video. I would make further comments here about people who microwave tea, but again we were advised not to comment further.

In conclusion, there are many pros and cons to this "Proper" Cup of Tea, and the biggest factor here is that there was way too much milk! In all seriousness though, thank you to SCS Software's marketing team for this quite funny video, and we look forward to what we assume will be the upcoming UK rework. Much love!
