Rules

General Rules

Follow VTC and TruckersMP Rules
You must be at least 16 years old.
Use Discord for communication and have a working microphone.

Activity Requirements

Be active in our Discord server.
Attend at least 3 Public Convoys per month.
Attend at least 2 Internal Company Convoys per month.

Event Participation

When we host a company public convoy, you must:
Mark attendance on the TruckersMP event link.
Attend from start to finish unless excused.
For partner VTC events, mark attendance and support our partners.

Representation & Teamwork

Always drive in a professional and respectful manner.
Use our official VTC paint jobs and liveries for events.
Be a team player – support fellow members on the road and at events.

Growth & Community Spirit

Your participation helps grow our VTC and strengthen our position in the TruckersMP community.
We appreciate every driver who commits to helping us represent New Era Logistics in the best way possible.

VTC Membership By joining our VTC, you agree to abide by these rules. If you are dismissed due to inactivity or lack of participation, please understand that we made multiple attempts to contact you and provided a reasonable amount of time for a response, but received none to resolve the situation.

Resolution Of Issues

Our management team is made up of people, and mistakes can happen. If you feel you’ve been treated unfairly or wronged by a member of management, please contact HR by opening a ticket in ⁠┃help-desk , we will work together to resolve the issue and find common ground.
