On August 11, 2025, at 20:50, a new chapter in virtual trucking began. After 7.5 years of hauling under different VTC names, Aeroxbird took the leap and officially founded NextGear Logistics. NextGear Logistics – Code of Conduct
At NextGear Logistics, we pride ourselves on professionalism, respect, and teamwork in every mile we drive together. The following rules are in place to ensure a positive and safe experience for all members of our community.
Professionalism on the Road
- Always drive respectfully and in accordance with TruckersMP rules.
- Avoid reckless driving, trolling, or intentionally causing accidents.
- Maintain safe distances, observe speed limits, and follow traffic laws.
Respect for Others
- Treat all members of NextGear Logistics, as well as other drivers on the road, with courtesy.
- No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior will be tolerated.
- Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults or personal attacks are not.
Attendance & Participation
- Remain active within the company by regularly participating in drives or events.
- Inform management if you need to take an extended break from activity.
- Join the official NextGear Logistics Discord server for coordination and updates.
Equipment & Branding
- Use the official NextGear Logistics paint job, tag, and accessories when required for official events or convoys.
- Keep trucks well-maintained (both in-game and visually) to represent the company positively.
- Both modern trucks and classic trucks are welcome, as long as they meet event requirements.
