Back again with another news instalment of the Events team at Pean Logistics!

The Events team have been hard at work over the last two months which consists of our fantastic Event assistants sending out invites , booking slots for VTC’s and accepting event invites from VTC’s as well!

Along with our brilliant event planners consistently providing us with fantastic routes for our Public and Private convoys!

Let us look over the last two months of March and April in regards to our fantastic Event team!

The brilliant team sent over 330 invites during March and April with 249 VTC’s attending across the 9 convoys we have sent invites for!

We are still in continuous preparations for our 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY as we are ever so close to the fantastic celebration! Our slots are still currently FULLY BOOKED and we are still so proud about the amount of VTC’s and players that have signed up to celebrate with us! We thank you all for being able to join us!

The last two months have been very hardworking for all the event staff in Pean Logistics and i would like to give a special shoutout to the brilliant Graphics Design Team we have at Pean Logistics for their fantastic creations of our slots and route images and being so attentive to the requests we ask of them so a special thank you to them!

We head towards the end of spring and start of a fantastic summer here at Pean Logistics which will include fantastic events and lots of fun! We hope to continue to bring smiles to all that join us in our fantastic adventures!

We are happy to announce a new official partnership for Pean Logistics! Our new partners are none other than Henry Logistics, who have been long time friends. We couldn't be happier to welcome them in our big family!

Henry Logistics was born on February 18, 2023. We co-founded it together with Dayue, and Stormboi1337. The original intention of logistics creation was to gather some players who share a common hobby of trucks and create a happy, harmonious and comfortable game environment for everyone. You can find close partners here, Our recruitment has started and we would love to see you in the VTC.

On a similar note, we have decided to organize a special convoy on Saturday, April 27, that will match the time zone of many players from China. We wish to honour our friendship with Henry Logistics, as well as with our partners from China TCG Team | 中国TCG车队.

The convoy will depart at 12:00 UTC - If you can join us, make sure you mark your attendance over here!

With these new ranks, you'll start out as a humble sunflower seed, climb the ranks from chestnut to pecan, become a rare golden nut, and much more. The world is yours to crack open!

I am excited to announce a big update to our entire system, including the Website, API, and Discord Bot!

What changed?

• A complete recode of our "web" system to improve performance and reliability.
• Some small design changes to improve user experience.
• A lot of optimizations and improvements under the hood.
• A few new features to our Discord bot, including the start of a custom ticket system.
• A new and improved application system.

Over the past month, I have been working a lot on this update and I am extremely happy with the results. To give you a sense of scale, I have added approximately 23,000 lines of code and removed about 32,000 lines of old code. This massive overhaul ensures our platform and tools is more efficient and ready for future enhancements.

Welcome to the first news post instalment of the Events Team for Pean Logistics!

The Events team is made of incredibly hard work individuals who are dedicated and very motivated to help making our events what they currently are today!

From our talented event planners who execute the planning of routes and setting up departure orders to our event assistants who sends all of the invites to our fellow VTC friends , we make sure that our 3 convoys that are produced are made to be fun and exciting for all!

Lets have a closer look at the amount of invites that our fantastic team have sent over the month of February!

Our fantastic team sent over 260 invites for the month of February and have 95 VTC's attending and 160 attendees across our 3 convoys we had sent invites for!

We had also started sending our invites for our special 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY where almost 250 invites were sent alone for that event and have had over 110 VTC's accepted our invite and have hit the 200 signups threshold

Our Events team worked along side our great Graphics Design Team to produce 100 slots for this fantastic event and now we are FULLY BOOKED after a month and a half of invites so this is quite a brilliant achievement and Pean are very proud of this!

February was another hard working month in the Events team and we look forward to see where March takes us!

Our route led us through the picturesque landscapes from Strasbourg, France to Klagenfurt, Austria, along the breathtaking Alpine Road.

Pean Logistics has started to host more convoys in order to connect with you as much as possible. To do so, we are now hosting regular monthly convoys in the East-Asia/Oceania time zone, as well as convoys in the American time zone. We look forward to driving with those of you who are unable to join us during European time zone convoys!

Our next convoy will take place on August 31, 2024 at 2:00 UTC. You can also click here to see all our upcoming convoys.

To help us with the supervision of these convoys, we have partnered with both Drive Along Community and GAAT Group. We'd like to take this opportunity to welcome them in our big family!

We're hiring!

We are officially opening up our Event Team here in Pean Logistics, for both internal and external members!

This will mainly focus on convoys in the American evening, and not the average convoy time. But you are more than welcome to apply! This team will be used when our excellent partners Drive Along and GAAT Group can not provide convoy control as they are booked on the date.

We are looking for Event Assistant/Convoy Control Supervisors, hopefully, who are drivers already able to work their way into that position to focus on that team. Please note there is a quota/requirement to be on this team for activity's sake.
